  • In July 2013 Avingtrans plc acquired Exterran(UK) Ltd and formed Maloney Metalcraft Ltd and re-establishing the company as independent leader within the market place
  • Hanover & Universal merge to form Exterran in August 2007 leading to the formation of Exterran (UK) Ltd.
  • Hanover Eastern Hemisphere organisation structure was established in 2006
  • Company renamed Hanover (GB)Ltd. in 2004.
  • In mid-2003 Hanover restructured into a ‘Geographic Business Unit’ (GBU) organisation. Europe, Africa and Russia (EAR) operated from Woburn.
  • In Jan 2001 the company was renamed Hanover Maloney (UK) Ltd.
  • In July 2000, the APSI group was acquired by The Hanover Company.
  • In August 1998 the APSI group was formed, incorporating Maloney Industries UK Ltd, Maloney Industries Inc and TH Russell.
  • In 1998, Maloney Industries (UK) Ltd acquired Tubefabs Ltd to further strengthen its UK manufacturing capability.
  • In 1997, Maloney Industries (UK) Ltd acquired Burnett and Lewis Ltd to expand its product range, UK manufacturing capability and international presence.
  • In 1974 Maloney Industries Inc. of Calgary, Canada established a sales office in the UK, north of London.
