In June 2013 Maloney Metalcraft completed a project for Talisman for supply includes design and supply of primary water treatment via hydrocyclone and secondary treatment via induced gas floatation. Maloney assisted in the design by EWS of Calgary who supplied the micro bubble pumps for the IGF package. The material specification for water treatment was super duplex for vessels/ internal components and piping. Also the produced water treatment package will not exceed 15mg/L from both reservoirs, when operated within agreed operation conditions. Completion of this project has enabled Maloney to pre-qualify for the larger PWT package which should be awarded later this year.
